Update from Crete
We arrived in Crete on May 1st 2009. Our adventures so far are recorded here for anyone who might want to know "Whatever happened to Richard and Julie?"
Day 3 - leaving Austria
Stunning scenery

Day 2 into Austria
To see the snow-covered alps appearing in the distance was wonderful
Time for a play and some exercise - Monty too!
Stopover south of Frankfurt
So tired we stayed in a hotel - Monty and cats enjoyed the room too!
Day 1 - travelling through Germany on the autobahn.
Arrival in Calais
and searching for somewhere to sleep - ended up in a lay-by for a couple of hours!
